50 Good mornings- 20lb wallball
1 min plank
25- box step ups with the 20lb weight vest
2 min wall sit with the 20lb weight vest
25- back squats- 65lbs
Kim - 38:00 50 Good mornings- 20lb wallball 1 min plank 25- box step ups with 16 lbs of hand weights 2 min wall sit with the 10 lb weight (and no weight for 2 rounds) 25- back squats- 20 lb free weights
Jane, Karla and I did this today, we didn't have the weighted vest but we did do the wall sits with 25 pounds weights. Karla finished around 29:00, Jane was right behind her and I finished at 30:07. That was a tough one and already feeling it in my legs and my back. Allison did Sean Chelle and beat her time from the one time you guys did it which was so long ago she has it down that used a band.
Chelle- I think I was about 38 min, OMG!

ReplyDeleteMegan, I did the 65lb's bk squat, I think it was a good amount of weight, I couldn't do round 3 and 4 unbroken.

OMG my legs are sore! Megan, I think Allison could do 75 lb on the bk squat. Good luck!
