Go down the ladder and then back up. So you start with 5 pull ups/50 sit ups and end with 5 pull ups/50 sit ups. Total sit ups will be 300 and total pull ups will be 150

10 pull ups/40 sit ups
10 good mornings
15 pull ups/30 sit ups
10 good mornings
20 pull ups/20 sit ups
10 good mornings
25 pull ups/10 sit ups
10 good mornings

  3. Chelle- 29:40 OMG! I cant believe I didn't hear more complaining when you guys did this one. I ended up having to do about 40 ring pull ups. For me this wo was more about the pull ups then the sit ups. I think I should have wrote it with less pull ups.

  4. LA - Heather and I did this one today!! OMG on pullups!! We did then all! We couldn't figure out clock or radio!! So no time, but it was a good one!
