Today we did a 3 min x 5 rounds
20 sit-ups
20 good mornings alternating 20lb ball and 45lb bar
Max rep front squat alternating 20 lb ball & 45lb bar.
Rest 1 min

The rounds that I used the bar was so hard for me. I got 25 front squats. The rounds with the ball I got 50-57. This one was a lot harder than I expected it to be!
