Fun Partner WO
35lb farmer carries (35lb each arm) up and down driveway
50 box over burpees
2 min plank
100 mt climbers
1min handstand
4 min wall sit w/14lb ball
50 partner situps with the 12lb ball

  1. Dawn and I did this together. Box over burpees and handstand were the worse. We were able to hold the 4min wall sit without standing up :-) I think holding a conversation helped.

  2. So much fun. Glad I'm feeling better! Spent the rest of the day chillin'. Pedi too! Yay. No biking for me! May 23rd is going to be painful.

  4. Because of some difference in equipment , we did 50 lb farmer carry but each of us did 10 burpee box jumps alternating with the farmer carry. Then we did the rest omitting the handstand. Did 161 ab movements for the 5,000 challenge.
