30 min AMRAP
50 jump rope
50 good mornings
50 air squats
Run 400m with 20lb weight vest.
We had 3 groups of 2.
Partner 1 starts the list of moves while partner 2 runs with the vest.
When partner 2 returns to the gym they start where partner 1 left off and partner 2 runs.
As soon as 50 squats is complete by either partner 1 or 2 they put a tic on the board, that is 1 round.
Running is not apart of the rounds.
Example: When Partner 2 returns to the gym from their run they ask partner 1 where they left off.
So partner 1 might say- 30 squats so Partner 2 starts on 31 squats, puts a tic on the board at 50 squats and then goes to the jump rope and continues the list until their partner returns from the run.
If you don't have a weight vest carry dumbells.
All teams got about 10 rounds.
