  2. Chelle- 6 rounds + rope and dips (didn't get through OHS). Tried to keep my legs out on the dips, really struggled on those. 33lb OHS. I might add a little more weight next time to those. I never feel it in my legs just my arms and back.

  4. 5 rounds plus I think I did a extra set of dips since I started with those. Hmmm. Yay. Rope climb wasn't awful.

  5. Jane - 5 rounds (25 rings, 20 dips, 10 ohs 3x 15 lbs then 24 lb bar which was better) plus one more rings and ohs. Dips were hard. Great workout!

  6. I lost count - but I think it was 4 rounds plus 25 RP and 15 dips.
    25 RP, 20 dips and I did 15 OHS with 16 lbs
