I had a bad night- stomach cramps bad so I did 21 of each but didn't finish my second round of burpees or thrusters. I did beat my bike by 3 sec. 3:16, 42 calories. used 15lbs for burpees and 45lb for thrusters, pp, and sumo. Good job to those girls that pushed it on weight today. Great job Alise!!

ReplyDeleteDid 42 of most stuff, but didn't get to burpees be cuz I had to scoot out for a mtg. Also only did 21 pull-ups and thrusters.
Did 42 of each; row time was 3:20. thanks Chelle for pushing me to do the pp at 45 lbs!

20lb sumos (felt the extra 5 pounds in my neck/shoulders)
Over head sit-up with 10lb plate
Push press (mix of the 24-30lb bars)
Thrusters - 24lb bar
Calf raises - 15lbs
35:42 I did it. (except the pull ups) It was hard! Stop hating me ;-) Did the overhead sit ups with a 10# plate and it was hard. I was very sore for a couple days. I need to work up to that with so many reps.

Did 42 sumos (25 lbs), sit ups (15 lbs), wb sit ups, calf raises (50 lbs)
Did 21 pull ups (3 bands), burpees (could only do a few with the weights), push press (33 lbs), thrusters (33 lbs)
Tried some 45 lb thrusters at the end - can try those next time!
