  1. Today we did a tabata wo and recorded our total calories on the bike. I thought of doing this when half of us had already done the bike so I don't have everyone.

  4. 100 cal on bike- took me 10 min. My goal is 9:13 and then 7:52. My friends gym did this today and that is what the top two girls got. I have a goal to beat.
