30 cal bike/50 cal row ( I think we decided that we should do the same cal on both the bike and the row)
20 pull ups
30 wb sit ups
30 BJ
20 burpees w/lb
27:30. I rowed both times, for pull up's I used three bands, but did do 8 with two bands, for burpees 10 of the 20 had a push up in them and the other 10 had plank with alternating tricept kickbacks.
30:02. 50 cal bike to start, 3 bands for pull ups (no rings this time!!!) used 8lb weights for burpees but only used them for first 20. second 20 no weight. row to finish.
31:42 Reverse order, burpees no weight full set first round, 10 second & plank for 60 secs, swapped free squats for sit ups, did 50 cal row round 1 / 25 cal bike &25 cal row round 2, did rings for pullups
Kendra- biked both 50 cal, no weighted burpees, no bands on ull ups!. 24:58.
Chelle- I rowed first 50 cal and biked the last. I was trying so hard to beat Kendras time once I got on the bike. OMG!! 25:00. I didn't use weights on the burpees, did 40 in a row. Box jumps
27 minutes. 50 cal bike both times. Used 2 15lb weights on the burpee pull-ups. Alternated between row burpees with weights and regular burpees with weights. Didn't do last 20 pull-ups. Had to get to work.
27:25. Pull-ups - 2 red bands. Inverted burpees (no weight).
