32:30 Each round I rowed 400 and bikes 1,000 for the 800m. I only did 3 rounds of weight, 4 rounds of 800m. First round I did 65lb bk sq, round 2 and 3 I did 55lb. I felt like my form was good but my lo back started hurting so I didn't finish round 4 and 5 but I already feel like my legs are going to be sore. Great job on your bk squats Kendra!
34:20. Alternated bikes and rowing. 30 lb for sumos, going to try and up my sumo weight next time. back squats 53 lb for first 4 rounds then 58 last round. was not squatting low at all by the last round. inner thighs wrapping around to glutes sore today
33:48 Rowed the first round, biked the rest after realizing how much faster the bike was (slacker!!) 53 lb squats for 4 rounds, 58 lbs on the last 30 lb sumo squat SORE legs the next two days!

Did 1 round squats at 145, 2 rounds at 155 and 1 at 170. 45 lb sumos
32:09 3 Rounds. I bike (1:11 = 20 Cal!!)/Row/Rowed. Did the weighted squats and sumos - both with 15lbs.
