Happy new year everyone! Kids are back in school and we are ready to get back to a normal schedule.
I was trying to figure out a schedule that would work for everyone. How about we try this
Week 1
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:20 (unless someone needs a different time),
Saturday WO and Sunday yoga (if Kendra is available). Weekends can be flexible
Week 2Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:20 (unless someone needs a different time),
Saturday WO and Sunday yoga (if Kendra is available). Weekends can be flexible
* Kendra figured out how to search for past wo on your phone. At the bottom of the blog there is a link that says "view web version" once you click that you will see the full blog page and there is a search box at the top left corner. I just tried it and it worked, thanks Kendra!
* Kendra offered to teach us yoga on Sundays, we can be flexible each week but we might do a late afternoon class. Thank you!!!
Remember when you have sore muscles we have a awesome massage therapist on staff! Chelsea can come to your house, you can go to her house and she works at a spa.
If possible girls please try to cancel the night before just for planning purposes. Thank you!!

The kids and I made a workout goal for the year. If any of you want to work on a goal for the year I am happy to help. Maybe- try and climb the rope, lift more weight on a certain barbell move, pull ups without the band, start loving burpees, double unders, food goals, etc.
That was kind of confusing. We will start with WEEK 1 schedule and if it works well we will trade off WEEK 1 and WEEK 2. Let me know what days you can come this next week. Also thank you guys for doing so well posting your times and weight on the blog, it really helps me and will help you track your progress. And for those that aren't very good about doing it you can make it your new years resolution ;-)
ReplyDeleteI'm in for all days both weeks, however, I can't get there till 8:30 on Monday and next Tue and Wed, as well. Wooooo hoooo! Here we go to a super fit and strong 2017!

ReplyDeleteGirls, some of our pals need 8:30 some days but those that want to come at 8:20 can and we can stretch and set up but might not start wo until 8:35
ReplyDeleteThis weekend is weird for me because Jonathan is out of town and Dylan has a hockey tournament (no times posted yet), so I may be able to do Sat and Sunday but don't know yet. For week two I can do Tues, Thurs and Sat. Thanks!

ReplyDeleteWeek 1 - I can do Monday and Wednesday. Feeling better today so thinking I might ease into my wo tmrw (just saying in case you're planning a partner wo). Week 2- Tuesday and Thursday look good. Feeling like I did last August when I returned from an extends vacation; good news is I know I can it back!
