In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael McGreevy, 30, of Portville, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28.
With heavy hearts we offer our prayers and condolences to his wife, Laura, and 14-month-old daughter, Molly.
The price of freedom, and its worth, is found in Michael�s passing. The debt owed to Michael and his family can never be repaid but only honored by remembering Michael and remaining free.

    Did weighted sit ups, rowed all three rounds and did good mornings. Just getting over a cold so I didn't beast mode today. Next time, beast mode

  2. Did all 3 rounds rowing. Felt sluggish. Did the weighted sit-ups (10# x25 for 2 rounds and then 5# for remaining) trying to build up to the 10# for all. Did the good mornings with the 14# which was a nice bump up in weight for me to do them all at that weight. My time was 33:34 (so I was a bit sluggish...)

    Rowed all 3 rounds 800m, did non-weighted sit-ups 50, did 50 good mornings 10#....starting to really feel my hams :)

  6. Rowed all 3; skipped abs and did 30 bicep curls and 20 full pushups each round; did 20 back ext and 30 GM each set
