tri kick back
iron cross 2.5 in each hand
sit ups with 12lb ball or plate over head
bike
wall ball
pull ups

  1. I liked this one!! My arms feel like jelly though. Probably should of had one more leg only one, they were all arms.

  2. Jenn and I just figured it out- it was only 16 min of work. Sometimes the shorter ones are even harder.
