Victoria suggested a February challenge. Of course these are not mandatory just there if you need/want a little extra push. You can do one or both, we can start Feb 1.

  1. Today Dawn and I did the spin bike, row, satan - 5 rounds. The spin bike will be the same meters as the rower and the bike is whatever meters you complete. So it was a total of 9,000 meters. That is a pretty big dent into the 50,000!

    2. How do we track snowboarding and skiing :) the kids and I did 4 hours straight today. I had to beg them to let me go to the bathroom once. There were no lift lines. I am worn out!!

    1. I haven't been very good about keeping track, but this is the elliptical I have kept track of (I know I am missing about a week's worth of data) 27,555 M. I haven't calculated any from crossfit yet.

  5. Rough calculation if you are doing a calorie bike or row workout.
    1 calorie = 15 meters
    15 meters = 1 calorie
    Example= 50 cal x 15 meters= 750 meters
