26:35. Lunges with 12lb dumbells, 10lb ball, 12lb ball, and no wweight. 10 back-presses with 33lb bar(instead of power cleans). 36 sit-ups with 10lb plate (instead of ttb). Pull-ups with 2 red bands.

ReplyDelete29:28, did WL with 15# dumbbells, did power cleans with 20# dumbbells, did 20 pull-ups w/ 3 bands and 20 w/ 2 bands--shaky legs now!!!
ReplyDeleteOk, well all of us that did it before 3/8/17 did it wrong. The wo was written for 50 ft of walking lunges, today we measured that out and it was about 16 lunges not 50 lunges!! I am really sore so 50 lunges with 50lbs was too much but 16 lunges may not be enough... we will see how the girls that did it today (the right way) feel tomorrow.
ReplyDelete19:00? Did 16 walking lunges with 30 lbs each hand. 30 lb power cleans for 2 rounds with 30s. All the rest I used 25lbs for lunges and cleans. Did triceps instead of pull-ups because my hands are gonna rip!

30 lb walking lunges (15 each hand), the last 30 lunges I used the 35 lb sand bag
20 lb cleans - those killed my neck/upper back the next day
21:40 I did 12# walking lunges & Power Cleans; I could only get 15 pull ups with the bar (not 20) but I did them on the bar, not the rings! I added 10 OHSU w/15# to make up for the 5 pull ups.

18:26 - did it a little different this time. I did 25 reps of walking lunges with 25lb dumbells in each hand and 30lb DB power cleans (I was just going to to 25lb but Nancy and Alecia were going to do 30lb, LOL). I am pretty sure we will still be sore but not hospital sore like last time :)
ReplyDelete19:30. I did 10 TTB (my first wo with TTB) which slowed me down. 25 lb for lunges, 30lb for cleans, but last round I had to go to 25lb.
