  5. 5 rounds (finished my ropes with maybe a second or two over) I did 20# KB for round 1-4 and 25# KB for round 5; 8# PP rounds 1-4 and 12# PP round 5. That damn rope stings when it hits your arm b/c you are tired! I have bruises!
