(6 rope climbs each round or 20 pull ups and 20 trrcep KB)

20 bk ex or good mornings
24 GHD sit ups to the floor or to parallel w/lb)

  1. 36:41 (although I likely could have moved faster). 20 pull-ups (2red bands), 20 triceps kicks (15lbs); PP(24lbs); good mornings (12lbs); GHD (no weight); WB 2/3 at 12lbs, and 1/3at 6lbs). I

  2. I thought about this all night and knew it was going to kick my butt. 31:25. First round one legless rope climb and several miss attempts so I did 2 regular rope climbs. Next round same thing. Then I decided to just try them sporadically throughout. I have found I can not do 2 legless in a row. I did a total of 4 legless rope climbs and 5 regular rope climbs. PP was 55lb but I think I forgot the last round. Whole time I felt like puking, freakin wallballs.

  3. 29:46 - skipped rope and did 20 pu and 20 tris (15lb). 30lb pp, 20lb good mornings, 10lb ghd, 30lb back squat instead of wall balls. Very tough! Awesome job Chelle on legless rope climbs!

  4. 29:00ish. Did 20 pull-ups and tricep kickbacks with half 20lbs and half 15s. Wall balls sucked and I was slow. Next time maybe rope. Gotta buy gloves!!

  5. 27:07. Did pull-ups the first 8 of every round w/ 2 bands, the rest with 3. Triceps KB w/ 20#, good mornings w/ 20#, did wall ball sit-up (GHD sit-ups made me feel like I was pulling something), 12# WB.
