20:49 - did this one with Kendra on Mon. 25lb kb, 12lb wb, and inverted burpees!
24:45- ski, (500m) bike, ski. My normal weight on all. Short wo but super tough
Almost puked did 45 lb sumo, 55 lb push press, good mornings, walking lunges with each hand 25 lbs...rowed 200 in between all
We forgot to mention we did 100 partner wall ball sit ups as a warm up. La had to do them by herself
26:22 oy vey. Started with 100 partner WB sit ups with dawn. 200m on row inbetween. 30# kb, 14# WB. Tough day back from vacay.
