  3. Almost puked did 45 lb sumo, 55 lb push press, good mornings, walking lunges with each hand 25 lbs...rowed 200 in between all

  4. We forgot to mention we did 100 partner wall ball sit ups as a warm up. La had to do them by herself

  5. 26:22 oy vey. Started with 100 partner WB sit ups with dawn. 200m on row inbetween. 30# kb, 14# WB. Tough day back from vacay.
