Dallas 5 Hero wo- (I  changed a little)
5 minutes of:
    Burpees
Then, 5 minutes of:
    7 Thrusters (or dead lifts)
    7 box jumps
Then, 5 minutes of:
    7 WB sit ups or weighted sit ups
    7 TTB
Then, 5 minutes of:
    7 snatches (do all reps on one arm and then switch each round)
    7 Goblet Squats or heavy Tri kickback
Then, 5 minutes of:
         Cardio (calories)
Complete as many reps as possible at each 5-minute station. Rest 1 minute between stations.
Post reps for each station to comments.

  1. I am so glad Jenn & Dawn showed up cause I did not want to do this one on my own.
    Sequence- cardio, Thrusters, Burpees, Sit ups, Snatches
    Bike- 56 calories, Thrusters (45lb)5 rnds +4 thrusters, 58 burpees, I held the 12lb ball for sit ups instead of wb sit ups- 5 rnds + 4 sit ups, 25lb snatches and 35lb goblet squats- 4 rnds + snatches and 2 GS.
    Very hard but fun!

  2. Hadn't worked out with Chelle in a long time - this was a good one to try to keep up with her! Dare I say I enjoyed it?

    Sequence:
    cardio (row)- 58 cal
    thrusters (38lbs)- 5 rounds
    burpees - 45
    wb sit ups - 5 rounds
    snatches (20lb) - 4 rounds + snatches + 2 tricep

    thrusters (33lbs)/small box- 4 rounds
    burpees - 35
    weighted sit ups/TTB - 3.5 rounds
    snatches/tri KB (15lb) - 5 rounds

  5. I did this with Lee and, yes I was hungover, so hopefully can beat my numbers next time. Did it in this order:
    Cardio: 51 cal row
    Thrusters (33#)/step ups: 4 rounds
    Burpees: 44
    Wall ball sit-ups/ TTB: 3.75 rounds
    Snatches/TCKB (20#-both): 4

    Burpees: 56 inverted burpees
    Thrusters (33lb)/step ups: 3 rounds + 6 thrusters
    weighted 12lb situps/ TTB: 5 rounds
    Snatches/TCKB (15#-both): 4 rounds
