Dallas 5 Hero wo- (I changed a little)
5 minutes of:
Burpees
Then, 5 minutes of:
7 Thrusters (or dead lifts)
7 box jumps
Then, 5 minutes of:
7 WB sit ups or weighted sit ups
7 TTB
Then, 5 minutes of:
7 snatches (do all reps on one arm and then switch each round)
7 Goblet Squats or heavy Tri kickback
Then, 5 minutes of:
Cardio (calories)
Complete as many reps as possible at each 5-minute station. Rest 1 minute between stations.
Post reps for each station to comments.

Bike- 56 calories, Thrusters (45lb)5 rnds +4 thrusters, 58 burpees, I held the 12lb ball for sit ups instead of wb sit ups- 5 rnds + 4 sit ups, 25lb snatches and 35lb goblet squats- 4 rnds + snatches and 2 GS.
Very hard but fun!
Hadn't worked out with Chelle in a long time - this was a good one to try to keep up with her! Dare I say I enjoyed it?

I did this with Lee and, yes I was hungover, so hopefully can beat my numbers next time. Did it in this order:
