    Weigted Sit-ups (10lb plate) = 104
    Good Mornings (14lb) = 104
    Mason = 110
    Knees to Chest = 63 (How did Chelle not get a picture of me doing any of these?)
    Superman = 2 minutes total

    Total Ab Moves 631 (includes 50 abs for doing the wo).
    We also did a 1 min plank, so 671 total ab moves
