  1. This looked like it was going to be fairly easy but it was super hard! It was suppose to be push ups instead of burpees but we switched it. My total calories on the rower was 72 calories. I think I did 6 rounds plus pull up and 8 burpees. It was fun doing it with Alecia and Dawn, we pushed each other.

  2. I did pushups instead of burpees which gave me an additional round on the rower. I had 2 bands for 4 rounds on pull-ups but did 3 rounds with only one band! 72 calories and apparently I was on the easy rower (at a 10 resistance)!

  3. 59 calories. I was doing 20 squats instead of 15. oops!
    4 bands for pull ups
    made it through 6 rounds then 4 pull ups

  4. 45 Calories on the rower (7 Rounds + 1 Row). Started out slow, I should be able to beat today's wo (remember cannot start out slow).

  6. This time the rower only went to sleep twice, I know that really helps and I had the rower on level 10. I got 80 pulls this time. Competed 8 full rounds and 3 pull ups

  8. 64 calories, I did burpees instead of pushups which put me behind, as we'll as my rower kept falling asleep. Its a number I intend to beat next time!
