  2. This was really fun! A ton of cardio though...5 rounds plus 10 pull-ups (1 blue band the whole time!) and 3 burpees. 35# squats.

  4. 4 round and was 10 GHD sit-ups shy of finishing the 5th round. 2 band pullups, 25 # squats--could probably go up on that weight. So tired
