Ab day!
Inbetween each rep below you either run 200m, row 200 m, 200 jump rope, 50 box step ups. You can choose one to do inbetween all moves or change it up each time.
2 rounds-
20 reps each of
TTB
Sit up with the 12lb ball on your chest
GHD sit ups
Mason twists with the 12lb ball
Mountain climbers
10 on each arm plank down to forarm
10 on each arm plank knees to elbow like a side crunch
At the end we established our 100 sit up time. Much harder after you just did a major ab workout!!

36:09 also. 100 sit up time was 3:29.
