  3. Didn't do kelly today but did a modified one... 14 min amrap of 7 push-ups, 50 wall ball 15 lbs and 100 jump rope. I almost finished 3 rounds but was 50 jump rope short. Felt like I was sucking wind! If anyone else tries this, let me know how you did! Jane

  29. 29:26 I rowed all rounds. I think I have always run and I think I am faster rowing. It was really cold and icy so we stayed inside.

  30. 29:04 rowed one biked four. I was killing it on cardio but need to work on my WB form. I don’t look forward to beating this time.. I should add I started with wall balls each round after cardio, but the last round I started with step ups.
