  1. First time doing pull ups since I hurt my arm. Felt good no pain! To warm up I did several sets of dead hang pull ups. I think that helps. We really need to warm our shoulders up since we use them so much in every workout. Press 33lb, bk squat 65lb. Just wanted to test my arm. Didn't time it, tried to motivate Heather as she did "Kelly" doing wall balls and did some wall sits with LA and Kim.
