April Challenge- 10,000 reps of anything stomach (plank not included)
This challenge came from a friend of mine, perfect time for this challenge with swim suit season coming up! You can even do this at home.

April 2 Chelle- 370 reps (250 situps, 70 knees to elbow, 50 toes to bar)

DeleteNot trying to be a wimp but I decided to take the challenge down to 5,000 reps by the end of April, 10,000 is too much I think.
Delete4/4- 100 sit ups
4/5- 275- a variety of ab moves
Chelle- 220- 150 sit ups in the WO and then 20 ghd sit ups, 50 more reg sit ups
DeleteChelle- 200 variety. Sit up w 12 lb ball, reg sit up, crunchy frog, bicycles. Not as fun at night after dinner
Delete200 after that nasty WO. I am getting behind

Delete200 variety. 2 more days!! I am going to get this done. Abs have been sore for a long time, there is a 6 pack under there somewhere, maybe.....

ReplyDeleteugh, I have fallen way behind on this. Still trying to do extra stomach stuff after every work out and on rest days...but not going to get to the 5K:(
Delete5000 is my goal. Only did 100 so far. Gotta catch up!
