April Challenge- 10,000 reps of anything stomach (plank not included)
This challenge came from a friend of mine, perfect time for this challenge with swim suit season coming up! You can even do this at home.

    2. Not trying to be a wimp but I decided to take the challenge down to 5,000 reps by the end of April, 10,000 is too much I think.
      4/4- 100 sit ups
      4/5- 275- a variety of ab moves

      Oh my I am only at 2654 and only 10 days left. That means I need to do 234 every day!! I really got behind.

    1. ugh, I have fallen way behind on this. Still trying to do extra stomach stuff after every work out and on rest days...but not going to get to the 5K:(
