    Some of you might recognize this as similar to "fight gone bad" but they designate the reps. and it is 5 rounds!! This was really hard!

    Chelle- 38:44- 45 lb sumo, box jumps, 45 PP. Larina and I started with WB and Dawn and LA started with Row. So I had to hall butt so that Dawn wasn't waiting for me on the row!!

  3. Allison's time was 42:10. Mine was 43:38. Used 35# KB for sumos. Did box jumps. 65# push press was killer. Good wo!
