  7. Dawn- noticed you put your Helen time under a different one that was a version of Helen. This is the correct one :-) You did awesome. Need to get you to only using the blue band soon.
    Dawn - 24:34 I did 75% of the pull ups with 3 bands, and 25% with 2 bands. My arms!! OMG! 30lb KB
