LA - 25:10 - 15 lb overhead squats instead of lunges (crappy knees)!
Renee - 28:30 The lunges killed me and I used the 10lb ball for mason twists.

I think this workout should be called Butt Buster (obvious) or Traffic Jam (because our buns will look so good, they'll stop traffic)!
Great name Dawn! Butt Buster (BB) from now on! I have enjoyed all the booty texts I have received, they started last night :-) We can plan on doing this one again soon!
