This ways a good all around WO. 27:00. The bicep curls were hard. 400m row at level 10!
I tried to beat you Dawn :-) Not too sore from yesterday but when I got to the bicep curls I was dying, only did half of them!Chelle-28:00 - 25lb dumbbells for walking lunges, 25lb snatches, 33 lb bicep curls (25 reps)
Loved the thoroughness of this workout. The abs killed me.
