row 400m
2 min of- box jumps, burpees or jump rope


Then one time through
50 dumbbell snatches alternating
50 sit ups with 12 lb ball
50 walk lunges with weight
50 bicep curls

  1. This ways a good all around WO. 27:00. The bicep curls were hard. 400m row at level 10!

  2. I tried to beat you Dawn :-) Not too sore from yesterday but when I got to the bicep curls I was dying, only did half of them!
