  1. Chelle- 50 lb thrusters. last 3 min I didn't get to the 20 kb before the time was up. That wo sneaks up on you for sure. It was a good cardio wo for sure.

  2. Kim - Did thrusters with the smaller of the two bars (don't know the weight), 12 lb wall balls, 15 lb KB - I didn't finish my Jump Rope before time was up. Super hard cardiovascularly! Phew!
