  1. Chelle- 9 rounds + pull ups and thrusters. I did 10 reps of 55lb thrusters the first 7 rounds and then I went to 45 lb thruster. 55 lb felt really heavy today.

  2. 8 rounds plus sit-ups and pull-ups. Subbed 1 round of ring pulls. 33 lb weighted squats.

    That's 225 sit-ups for today.
    590 total for the month. Need a few hundred more after work!
