Today was "people choice" I couldn't come up with anything so I had each of the girls pick a move. Wanted to see what they came up with. It was a good one :-)

walking plank back and forth 4 times
I did 4 rounds of above plus 3 additional. Almost 5!! I have another move for you guys. It's called the inchworm.
