With a continuously running clock complete 5 thrusters every minute.
From 0:00-5:00 .
From 5:00-10:00
From 10:00-15:00
Continue adding 20 lb. every 5 minutes for as long as you are able.

  1. Chelle- We didn't add 20lbs every 5min but we did what we could and we went to 20min. I'll see how I feel tomorrow but I could have maybe done more on the last 5 min. This is a total of 100 thrusters. Heather started with 33lb and ended with 50lb. Nice job. I'll let Dawn post her's cause I don't remember what it was.

    15-20lb-56lb

  3. Chel- 0-5- 50, 5-10- 55, 10-15 and 15-20 60lbs. That was enough weight for me, legs are already wobbly!

  5. Dawn- 45 for two reps then 49 for 3 rounds. 5-15 mins 54 lbs. 15-20 59 lbs. Ouch.

  8. I worked out by myself today, but it was good. I felt like I was really out of shape on thrusters for some reason. I did 50, 55, and then the rest of the reps I did 57lbs normally I do 60lb. My legs are already wobbly. Finished my abs for the month challenge.
