  1. 26:56. I didn't think this was going to be that bad, even 18 reps is do-able but the wall balls and thrusters back to back was like someone was trying to play a bad joke on me. 45 lb thrusters

    Getting my knees higher each time I try ttb (yay)
    Used the smallest metal bar for thrusters - don't know the weight (35 lbs?)
