Looking at highest numbers- hard to tell on pull ups and push ups cause we are all doing different things but Dawn got the most no band pull ups. Sit ups- Dawn Squats- Victoria Bike- Chelle Row- Chelsea Nice job everyone!!
Dawn and I did sit-ups, squats, row, pull-ups (I did rings), then pushups 118 157 (big legs come in handy sometimes lol) 35 calories row 94 w/ rings 94 1st set full body, rest were on knees
Chelsea and I did it in the sequence listed above. 45, 63, 115, 125, 41.3 on the bike. I did push ups on my knees, don't want to make my shoulder mad.
