  1. Chelsea and I did it in the sequence listed above. 45, 63, 115, 125, 41.3 on the bike. I did push ups on my knees, don't want to make my shoulder mad.

  2. Looking at highest numbers- hard to tell on pull ups and push ups cause we are all doing different things but
    Dawn got the most no band pull ups.
