we did one similar to this before but I changed it a  bit this time so I'm posting it as a new workout-

30 cal bike
50 wb
30 cal row

rest 2 min

5 rounds-
5 burpees
10 presses/push ups
30 DU or 90 singles

  1. 27:35. 45lb press, DU's. I didn't time the 2 min break but I set up my press bar and got out my jump rope so it was probably 2 min break.

    Started w/ rowing and wbs. Did the bike after 2 rounds of burpees, push ups, singles. Took the 2 min break.
    Then finished with the remaining 3 rounds. Did one set of push presses (30 lb bar).

    Did 5 of the push-ups in the burpee (and five after the burpee), so 10 push up for each round. I didn't time the two minute break, but did take several small breaks.
