Chel- 303 row, burpees. DU. no PR. That wo is so hard, really winds you. Didn't do good on the DU.
KV 304 Did steps up instead of jump roap and three rounds of sit-up substituted for burpees cuz puking up my breakfast..
LA - 845 - started w/jump rope and sit ups instead of burpees! I'm surprised, felt like I was going real slow!!
Kendra, I believe your sequence was burpees, step ups, row. Just so you know for next time :-) Great job!
Thanks for wo Kendra. So far from a PR 299. I with I could get better at DU's
PR 320. rowed, burpees, DU. Not excited to try and beat that one. One round we got a 2 min break that may have helped a little ;-)
