    Chelle- 23:54- did jumps, 45lb push press (probably could have gone to 55lb), 25 lb snatches.

  2. LA - 27:20 - box steps - 45lb back squat - 20 lb abbreviated snatches (shoulder) - last 2 rope climbs were hard!

  3. That is awesome that you did 45lb back squat! You are killing the rope, you will be doing TommyV with the games girls next year! The other move you did is called a bent over row (instead of snatches), couldn't think of the name.

  11. 20:46. I for some reason thought I had to beat 20:33 so I was pushing as hard as I could at the end. Beating that new time will be hard! 50 Bj's is the hardest part of that wo I think!

    40 ring pulls instead of ropes
    33 lb pp (hard!)
    15 lb snatches (less weight than I've used before, but doing 20 was challenging!)
