  1. Chelle- 28:42 50 and 40 I did box step ups the rest I jumped. Tried to hit the 9 ft target on my wall balls, 35lb kettle bell. Ouch!!!

  5. Chel- 26:07 I did the same weight but I messed up and did step ups on the 30 reps so at the end I did 15 extra jumps, I jumped 20 and 10. Not sure if it would be the same as the first time when I jumped 30, 20, 10. Good job girls and Josh!

    1. Soooo sorry ladies!! That's two days in a row that I probably grossed you out! Was doing a bunch of knee ups on the bar and I just realized my pits are like a hairy dog. OMG

  13. After coming off a week of no CF this was tough!! Same weight 27:25. 50 , 40 BJ I did step ups again.

  23. 29:25–did this by myself and the music went out at the 20 reps, but not sure I would have done any better under different circumstances. 12# WB, step-ups, 25# KB. So sore from this!

  24. I almost don't want to post my time cause I do not want to have to beat it next time. I am really not sure how I got more than a minute PR and I am a year older than the last time I did it. I am so very thankful for my health! 26:13
